“Loved my session with you yesterday. Felt so moved by the idea of being fluid in my body and allowing the release of tension and holding on. I did the dancey thing you taught me and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would. Dancing in the kitchen and letting go is the way forward! My lower back on the right side feels sooo much better — can hardly feel it. Just some aching in the middle of my lower back which is always there, but I’ll keep the fluid movement, breathing and stretching practice going and hopefully that will ease off too. Feel so grateful to you for guiding me through all this and helping me release all that tension and stuck emotions.
